Muhammad Ammar Wibisono was born in Jember, Indonesia, in 1990. He received his B.Sc degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2013 and M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering in 2017, both from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia.
From 2013 to 2015, he worked at PT Len Industri in Bandung, Indonesia and involved in designing pulse-compression radar and EMC-based PCB design for HF manpack radio. 


From 2015 to 2018, he became a research and course assistant in Telecommunication Engineering Research Group, Bandung Institute of Technology, as course assistant in Antenna & Wave Propagation and Wireless Access Network. He also involved as research assistant in Passive Radar, Hot Air Balloon Communication System and Automatic VSAT Antenna Pointing System.

Since April 2019, he started his Ph.D studies on SCENT project in the Telecommunication Engineering Group, University of Twente, The Netherlands.
